Terms of Service

By accessing or using NovaCore, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using NovaCore on behalf of an institution, you represent that you have authority to bind that institution to these terms.

NovaCore is licensed for use by institutions for internal document management, workflow automation, and related operations. You may not resell, sublicense, or use the platform to build a competing service. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. Each user account must correspond to an individual person — shared accounts are not permitted. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.

You own all documents, records, and data you upload to NovaCore. We do not claim any ownership over your content. You grant us a limited license to store and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the platform to you.

Subscription fees are billed annually in advance. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in your service agreement. We reserve the right to suspend access for accounts with overdue payments after reasonable notice.

We target 99.9% platform uptime. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including infrastructure outages from third-party providers.

Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days written notice. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately for material violations of these terms, including unauthorized use, non-payment, or activities that compromise platform security.

To the extent permitted by law, NovaCore's liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Liberia. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Monrovia, Liberia, except where prohibited by applicable law.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you by email and in-platform notice at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
